what’s new
We designed DCAF as a dynamic, flexible application that can evolve along with the needs of our clients and the changing regulatory environment. Below are just some of the features we’ve recently added or are planning to release in the near future:
- DCAF is scheduled to launch in beta on July 1, 2010, with the launch of Form 8-K and Forms 3, 4 and 5;
- Schedules 13D and 13F, and Form 12b-25, are scheduled to be launched on October 1, 2010.
